Stanley & Wencl is constructing a new Multi-Crop Processing Building for KWS Seed on their Shakopee Research & Development Campus. The building consists of a primary 10,100 sf space buttressed with new onsite utilities and roads to accommodate future growth. This newly constructed facility will provide expanded laboratory space and research capabilities.
Construction has now reached the interior finishing stages. Walls are in place, fire suppression system is built-out, low voltage and electrical are installed. Recently all HVAC ductwork has been completed, ceilings are finishing, and the massive, insulated cooler systems are in place.
